The stock chassis brace is stamped steel, ours is fully machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum and anodized black for looks and protection. 3-D scanned for exact fitment during the design process this is a true one to one bolt on to stock. What will our X-Brace do for you? Well by reducing torsional flex, our X-Brace substantially stiffens up the chassis by fully bracing the steering rack to the rear portion of the front subframe. Basically its a little blue pill for your chassis! This results in improved steering response, accuracy, and feel, along with less slop and better cornering! These Lowering Links are a direct OE replacement of the factory height sensor links allowing you to lower your car up to 1" front and rear! Our polyurethane construction, allows these links to withstand all the elements. From the factory, Audi vehicles with Adaptive Air Suspension utilize a fixed, plastic arm connected to the frame to control the vehicle's ride height. The factory rubber driveshaft bushing that constrains the driveshaft center carrier bearing is prone to excess deflection and wear, especially on modified or aggressively-driven vehicles. With our ECS Tuning in-house engineered Polyurethane and Billet Aluminum Driveshaft Center Support Bearing Brace you can expect less driveshaft deflection which we felt had a note-able improvement in throttle response and longevity over the factory rubber bearing support.

Our 2-Piece rotors combine the advantages of weight savings and rapid heat dissipation to provide a rotor superior to stock while preventing warping and extending component life. The reduction of unsprung weight (by 4.6 lbs per pair in the front and by 4.4 lbs per pair in the rear) improves handling characteristics under all situations. This reduction in rotational inertia allows for quicker acceleration, decreased braking distances, and more responsive handling.

Precisely balanced turbochargers are a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are paramount. Good balance improves acoustics also. Subsequent care is taken with all TTE turbochargers to achieving high balance standards. Firstly parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800RPM in multiple planes using a single parts machine, then components are assembled, and then the CHRA are dynamically balanced, but this time depending on the application at up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using an in house VSR machine to acquire the ultimate equilibrium, to a standard far higher than OEM. Each turbocharger is supplied with a serial numbered balance test result document. Note: Not for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle as per the California Air Resources Board.

While that V8 twin-turbo is enough to command respect on the performance charts, it doesn�t make the noises enthusiasts hope to hear from something that boasts those figures. That�s why our new Luft-Technik Intake System is exactly what your C7 needs to sound like it performs and even picks up a significant performance gain along the way.

The C7 4.0T is notorious for eating stock fluid filled engine mounts with even the tamest tune. After extensive testing, we've designed a great poly engine mount to handle MOAR POWAH BABEH without too much added NVH! Our Engineering Manager sheered his stock passenger side engine mount while testing the ECS A2A prototype. This caused us to design a better mount while still maintaining drivability! Just like Goldilocks and the Three Bears - our first attempt was too hard, our second was too soft and the third was just right. We found that 40A durometer polyurethane was the optimal balance between NVH and stiffness. Poly bushings plus precision machined billet 6061-T6 housings with thermal isolators are a match made in 4.0T heaven. Also, because we go above and beyond we custom made error-free resistor harnesses. Grab a pair and enjoy crisper throttle response & more precise shifts!
